On December 12th 2017, Ambassador Chen Li attended China Day Event in the Parliament of Finland. H.E. Mme Maria Lohela, Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Finland and Mrs. Sanna Lauslahti, Chair of Finnish-Chinese Parliamentary Friendship Group, Mrs. Katriina Kuusinen, Head of the International Department of the Parliament of Finland, Mr. Kimmo Lähdevirta, Director General of Department for the Americas and Asia of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland as well as some MPs were present.

In their respective speeches, Mme Maria Lohela and Ambassador Chen spoke highly of bilateral relations between Finland and China and promised to work together to further promote the exciting partnership between the two countries.
