On January 11th 2018, Ambassador Chen Li attended FORWARDS IN CHINA High Level Seminar at the invitation of Finnish Jokerit Ice Hockey Club and gave an opening speech. Around 100 representatives from Finnish local governments and enterprises as well as Business Finland attended the seminar.

In his speech, Ambassador Chen introduced briefly the development of bilateral relations between China and Finland, and spoke highly of the cooperation in the field of winter sports. Ambassador Chen also encouraged Finnish entrepreneurs actively explore the huge market of winter sports in China.

Ambassador Chen and Finnish representatives of the Panda Project also informed the guests of giant pandas' arrival to Finland on 18th January.
