On May 27, Ambassador Chen Li attended the annual general meeting of Finland-China Business Association and delivered a speech upon the invitation. Mr. Timo Helosuo, Chairman of the Association and nearly 40 representatives from the Finnish government and business were present.

In his speech, Ambassador Chen shared China’s anti-epidemic experience and introduced the current economy of China and China’s 14th Five-Year Plan, reiterating that China’s determination in reform and opening up remains unchanged.

Ambassador Chen pointed out that China’s steady development presents new opportunity for the economic recovery of the world and welcomed the Finnish entrepreneurs to continue to play a significant role in promoting bilateral cooperation and the cooperation between China and the EU.
