H.E. Mr. Huang Xing, the newly-appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Finland, arrived at Helsinki on the afternoon of 21 August, 2009. Mr. Pekka Kujasalo, Chief of Protocol of the Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the diplomats from the Chinese Embassy greeted Ambassador Huang at the airport .

Mr. Kujasalo expressed his warm welcome to Ambassaor Huang on be half of the Finnish Foreign Ministry. Ambassador Huang thanked him in return.
